ENTRY FORM FOR 2010 NATIONAL TRIALS  

a) Senior Trials                    (Entry fee: £120 up front for 4 trials (Payment by 3rd April) or

                                                           £40 per trial (payment 3 weeks prior to trial date)   

     i)      Llandegfedd  24^th /25^th April                                     ii)       Trawsfynydd  22^nd /  23^rd May

     iii)    Brenig          21^st/ 22^nd  August                                 iv)    Llandegfedd  9^th /10^th  October

*  Please indicate clearly chosen date     **Note: each competitor required to fish at least two Sundays

b) Youth Trials   (Entry Fee £45 for both trial days  – entrants to arrange own gillies for both days)

     Venue & Dates:        Llandegfedd on  Saturday and Sunday 11^th /12^th September.           .

c) Ladies Trial     (Entry Fee £40 -   entrants to arrange own gillies )

      Venue & Date:        Llyn Brenig Sunday 15^th August.

d) Disabled Trials  (Entry Fee £45 for both trial days  – entrants to arrange own gillies for both days)

    Venues& Dates: Llyn Clywedog: Thursday 15^th  July                  Llyn Trawsfynydd Thursday 19^th  August
